Titans’ Levis hits Westbrook-Ikhine for a 98-yard touchdown

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Tennessee Titans quarterback Will Levis and receiver Nick Westbrook-Ikhine shocked fans at Nissan Stadium when they scored a 98-yard touchdown against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday.

The Titans lined up in shotgun after two plays that barely reached the end zone. Levis stood tall in the pocket and launched a deep pass to Westbrook-Ikhine between cornerback Stephon Gilmore and safety Josh Metellus.

Westbrook-Ikhine followed the pass and outpaced the Vikings’ defense all the way to the end zone as the crowd went wild.

According to ESPN Research, the completion was the longest pass play in the NFL since the Bills’ Josh Allen found Gabe Davis for a 98-yarder in Week 5 of 2022. Levis’ previous career-long passing play was a 61-yard touchdown pass to DeAndre Hopkins in Week 8 last season.

Westbrook-Ikhine was clocked at 21 mph on the play and the touchdown cut the score to 16-10 late in the third quarter.
