The Chiefs owner may be even angrier than the fans after the Week 11 loss to the Bills

The Kansas City Chiefs suffered their first loss of the 2024 regular season in Week 11 when the Buffalo Bills defeated the defending Super Bowl champions 30-21 at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York.

The Chiefs, who have developed one of the NFL’s most bitter rivalries with Buffalo in recent years, appeared to be on the cusp of a perfect season before Sunday’s game against the Bills.

Despite the loss, Kansas City still has the best record in the AFC.

But according to a message from NFL reporter Darren Smith after the game, Chiefs owner and CEO Clark Hunt was reportedly furious after the Chiefs were defeated by Buffalo.

While it remains unclear exactly what aspect of Kansas City’s performance irked Hunt, Smith doubled down on his report when a fan questioned his reporting in the comments below his original tweet.

Stay tuned to see if this situation develops into a broader problem, or if Hunt’s anger is tamed before the Chiefs’ Week 12 game against the Carolina Panthers.
