Meagan Good’s team responds to Jonathan Major’s breakup rumors

A rep for Meagan Good addressed the Jonathan Major breakup rumors.

The speculation about their relationship status reportedly started after an interview on ‘The Rickey Smiley Morning Show’. However, the speculation was just a rumor. “They are not broken up. In fact, they will be attending the Ebony 100 Gala together,” the rep told TMZ.

Majors previously spoke about his relationship with the actress. He said she was by his side throughout the process. He says of their relationship: ‘She’s an angel. She held me like a Coretta (Scott King). I am so blessed to have her.”

We previously reported that Meagan Good revealed that some of her friends had discouraged her from dating the actor.

While promoting her latest film “Divorce in the Black,” Good shared that her friends had strong opinions about her relationship.

During the interview with TODAY, Good explained, “I definitely take everyone’s opinions and advice into account, but at the end of the day, I’m the one who has to live my life,” Meagan admitted.

‘I am the one who has to go to heaven one day praying and answering to God for what I have done. So I want to be responsible for the choices I make. I also want to live the life I want to live.”

She continued, “At the end of the day, I know one thing: I can always look myself in the mirror if I trust my spirit, if I trust God, if I ask God, if I move to the beat of my own drum. — I can always look and say, ‘I’m proud of that,’” she explained. “No matter what happens, I have peace in my heart and I have harmony in my heart.”
