Pakistan won the toss and decided to bat first in the third and final T20I. Salman Agha, who captains the side in place of Mohammad Rizwan, who missed today, will want to avoid an Australian clean sweep after the hosts won the first two T20Is. The match, to be played in Hobart, is the final match of the tour, with Pakistan moving to Zimbabwe for another white-ball series starting later this week.

Haseebullah Khan returns to the side and keeps the wicket, while Jahandad Khan comes for his international debut. Australia remains unchanged and plays the same team for the third time in a row.

Jahandad is a young left-handed medium-pace bowler and left-handed batsman from Rawalpindi. He has impressed in recent months with impressive performances for Pakistan TV in the Presidents Cup and Stallions in the Champions One-Day Cup. He also played the last season of the PSL for Lahore Qalandars.
