The Hollywood star – who shocked fans with a saggy Halloween selfie taken on the set of her new horror/sci-fi film The Substance – wowed in a strapless black dress with an asymmetrical hemline.

Moore looked incredibly youthful in the elegant look, which showed off her toned legs.

The Striptease actress elevated her outfit with statement jewelry, including a jewel choker and matching chandelier earrings with an emerald green stone.

Her signature long and shiny dark locks were styled in the middle, tucked behind her ears and arranged in a uniform spiral with one side falling over her chest.

Demi was completely unrecognizable in an Instagram carousel she uploaded before Halloween.

In honor of the spooky day, she shared dazzling behind-the-scenes footage of her latest project.

Her unmistakable facial features and fit figure were overshadowed by a full-body aging prosthetic.

“I’ve been holding onto these gems from @trythesubstance and today feels like an appropriate day to share them. Happy Halloween from Elisabeth Sparkle,” she wrote in the caption, referencing her character in the film.

Demi leads the cast as a movie star whose career is in decline due to her age.

Elizabeth discovers a product called The Substance, which she can inject to create a younger version of herself to act in her place.

Sue, played by thirty-year-old Margaret Qualley, emerges as the new version of Elizabeth, who must shift her thoughts between the young and old bodies every week.

However, the process of making the Sue body function causes Elizabeth’s original body to age dramatically quickly.

In the film, Moore, whose ex-husband is Bruce Willis, appears in a nude scene, which caused a stir at the Cannes Film Festival.

The Hollywood actress is rumored to have undergone hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of surgeries, including a breast enlargement and a nose job, according to reports circulating in the early 2000s.

But she dismissed the reports as nothing more than speculation, insisting in 2007 that she had “never” had cosmetic surgery.

Despite this, plastic surgeon Dr. Mark Solomos to Hello! magazine, he believes she may have undergone surgery at a young age and maintained her appearance with minor surgery.

He praised her “incredible bone structure” and suggested she could have had a lip lift, a procedure that reduces the distance between the base of the nose and the upper lip.

It also smoothes out some of the creases between the nose and upper lip that appear as the face ages.

It’s also possible that she’s had a face and neck lift or laser resurfacing surgery – a popular anti-aging treatment that works by destroying the first layer of skin, allowing new skin cells to grow underneath.

Another possibility is that Demi has had anti-wrinkle injections such as Botox around her eyes, said Dr. Solomos, which relaxes the muscles in the face to smooth out lines and wrinkles.

He suggested she may also have had eyelid surgery, a procedure that removes excess skin, fat and muscle from the eyelids to change their shape and eliminate sagging.

In a new cover interview with Elle magazine for its Women in Hollywood issue, Demi opened up about what it’s like to see herself on screen without clothes.

“It’s like it irritates the hell out of me,” she revealed.

“I didn’t ask for any changes because I knew it was in service of something more important than me,” she revealed.

“It felt like every hardship, every revelation of my own insecurities, would be worth it if I was part of bringing the conversation forward,” she explained of The Substance, which offers a brutal revelation of the expectations society places on older women.
